fresh fruit public transport blackout curtains
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food options. I especially liked the fresh fruit station. the location offered easy access to public transportation. the room had blackout curtains,. The bed was comfortable too.
The gym only had a few weight machines. It could use an upgrade.

key deactivation dismissive concierge
The location was quite convenient, providing easy access to nearby transportation options. The proximity to the train stations was acceptable.
I found the room keys deactivated daily. This became a recurring inconvenience. the head concierge was dismissive when I asked for a moment of his time (my wife needed to retrieve something). His conduct was not what I expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Excellent Stay with Excellent Amenities
great location separate sinks prompt service
The location is superb, placing me near many shops and varied restaurants. My room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. I enjoyed the rooftop barwith wonderful views and offered prompt service.
The air conditioning was not adjustable. It remained too cold, a problem.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
fresh food inviting pool room upgrade
The spa provided wonderful massages. I had three treatments. Each proved really good. I also enjoyed the fresh food at breakfast and the inviting pool. The location off the Asok BTS station facilitated quick access to the airport via the sky train. I received a room upgrade higher in the building. It offered excellent views.
Repeated requests for laundry service were ignored. This occurred despite being an in-house guest. The staff behaved rudely during clarification.

The room featured a comfortable king-size bed. A shower cabin and a bathtub were available. The spacious layout of the room created a relaxing environment. It aided recovery after long walks.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options. The food was fresh. The rooftop bar provided very nice views. I also dined at the Italian restaurant. It had an elegant setting.

The hotel is conveniently near the BTS and MRT stations. Several malls are also nearby. This made exploring the area simple. Accessibility enhanced the experience.

convenient location helpful staff amazing views
i found the location very convenient to explore the area. the staff was nice and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. the rooftop bar provided amazing city views and cocktails were great too.
the gym could use a little updating with newer equipment.

my beautiful room city view was spacious with comfortable bed and modern decor. it included a work desk a seating area and a big screen tv for entertainment. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower for added convenience.
